Dear TPCA Community,
We have a month of school behind us. What a great Spirit and Homecoming week and we all have been looking forward to the Timberwolf Trot!
To continue my streak of all things COVID, I want to reiterate a few points and share what I stated at the last BCPH Board of Directors meeting.
After leading a large organization for the last 20 months, during a pandemic, I believe I have as much knowledge and experience as anyone in our community in understanding and implementing mitigation strategies. I believe that the conversation on controlling community spread of COVID, or any respiratory illness for that matter, is far too centered on masks. Instead, I believe we should be spending our energy on getting individuals and families/households to stay home when they are sick or exposed.
