One more reason Twin Peaks is the best school is that we have Coach Wright. Cameron Wright was named by Colorado Association of Athletic Directors as Athletic Director of the year for class 2A. He has done so much to grow our athletic programs and continues to be an incredible asset for Twin Peaks Classical Academy. We are grateful he is a part of our team! Reminder - our Annual Spelling bee is TODAY in the commons 3:15 - 4:30 Parents wanting to attend can enter through the Performing Arts entrance after 3 pm.


Mrs. Craig's Advanced Math Topics class ties together mathematics with philosophy. Last week, they invited several teachers to come in to hear students discuss whether it is more worthwhile to accept zero as an axiom or to prove its existence.

It's that time of year - hiring season. We like to have parents from our community included on the hiring team.. The time committment varies, depending on the number of new hires we anticipate, but we keep the same interview team for the whole season (February-May). Interviews are scheduled both during and after school hours. If your schedule allows for it and you are interested, please email Amber Coniff for Elementary (coniff_amber@svvsd.org) or Alycia Burns for Secondary (burns_alycia@svvsd.org).

Mr. Bernard's Astronomy class spent last week identifying galaxies based on what they look like in different parts of the spectrum. As Mr. Bernard puts it, "It's only when we look beyond the limitations of our eyes, we see the true nature of the universe."
High school students at Twin Peaks have a good number of electives available to them-- from Ceramics to AP Human Geography, and from Astronomy to Philosophy.

It has been an amazing season for our High School Women's Basketball team. Winners of the Twin Peaks Winter Classic before break, regular season champs of the Foothills League, and today, they WON the Foothills League Tournament Championship. First ever league Champs in a team sport! WOW. So much fun , and Coach Schauer is so proud of them all! First Team all league selections, Ella Schauer and Kaleigh Van Pelt, Honorable Mentions Rayn Ndow and Charlotte Hughes. Men's All League selections Yannis Diby First Team All League and Matthew Wurth honorable mention. Tuesday Night District 7 Playoffs begin. Boys, will play at Union Colony Prep in Greeley 5:30 PM, and the CHAMPS will host Union Colony Prep at Twin Peaks 5:00 PM tip off at TPCA! Come out, and support these amazing student athletes. Awesome job Timberwolves Nation.
